Make scrap cable wire into separated copper and plastic,PLC control.
The waste wires and cables are roughly shredded and secondary grinded to become plastic granules and copper particles, and the mixture is sent to the vibrating separator by wind. The double action of pushing and suction and linear excitation of the screen box separates the core, and the copper particles and plastic are sent out from different outlets. The whole process is PLC controlled, supports with one stop button, and is easy to operate and maintain, the separation accuracy is as high as 99%.
