Heavy duty double shaft shredder

Our heavy-duty double-shaft shredders are engineered for high-capacity shredding, utilizing cutting-edge crushing technology with low RPM and high torque. Each shaft is independently driven by its own motor, delivering ample power to efficiently shred tires and steel wire.  Depending on tire type, capacity requirements, and desired end product, our blades come in thicknesses ranging from 25mm to 152mm. Our blade structure offers flexibility with integral and segment types, providing customers with options tailored to their specific needs, balancing considerations such as cost-effectiveness and maintenance requirements. OPTIMA's double-shaft shredder is capable of shredding various tire types, including OTR, truck, and car tires, with an impressive output of up to 20 tons per hour.

 

Rasper machine

The rasper is specialized in the secondary crushing of rubber and the separation of steel wires from tires. It is designed to process pre-shredded tire chips and produce wire-free rubber mulch ranging between 16-32 mm. With a processing capacity of 6 tons per hour, it efficiently handles tire recycling operations. Featuring a main bearing seat with replaceable protective plates, the rasper ensures increased strength and extends service life of the crushing chamber.  Its blades are reversible, which can maximize the service life of the blades and minimize operating costs. We offer two blade structures: square knives and serrated knives, allowing customers to choose according to their specific needs.

 

Granulator

Our Granulators grind rubber mulch from the rasper into fine granules as small as 1mm. The granules are screened and recirculated until the desired size is achieved. Thanks to our granulator's design and precise blade alignment, it produces uniform, high-quality granules. During this process, 99% of the fiber is removed, leaving contaminant-free crumb rubber granules ready for further processing or sale.

 

	Miller
The Optima Miller is specifically engineered for processing rubber materials to produce powdered products. Granules ranging in size from 1 to 8 millimeters are fed through a feeder into a rotating high-speed serrated disk, resulting in the production of a powder within the desired 20-80 mesh range. The final particle size is determined by an adjustable centrifugal screen.

For Flooring and Paving Materials  Used to produce flooring materials such as rubber tiles, running tracks, and parking lot surfaces. These rubber-based products offer excellent durability, slip resistance, and shock absorption, making them ideal for high-traffic areas.

For Sports Surfaces  Rubber particles are commonly used in the construction of sports surfaces such as running tracks, basketball courts, and tennis courts. These materials provide effective shock absorption, helping to reduce the risk of injuries during physical activities.

For Pyrolysis Equipment Crushed rubber mulch be fed into pyrolysis equipment, where they undergo thermal decomposition to produce valuable products such as pyrolysis oil and carbon black. This process helps to recycle waste rubber and convert it into useful raw materials.
