1. Tire shredder: shred the whole tires to 50*50cm/ 60*60cm/ 70*70cm tyre chips. These tyre chips are widely used as derived fuel in cement plant, power plant, paper mill or as shock absorbing material in train truck.   
 

2.  Disc Classifier: To separate the bigger size tyre chips and convey back to shredder


3. Rasper:  To cut the rubber chips to smaller (15-30mm) and separate steel wires from rubber mulch.

 

4. Rubber Granulator: To cut the mulch to rubber crumb (1-7mm).
