Technical Features:
1. It is made of good quality carbon steel, which has a long service life. The machine consists of pre-shredder,

Granulator 1. The PLC control system allows the top cover to open automatically, making blade maintenance easier. The granulator is equipped with a shutdown protection device that automatically stops the machine when the cover is opened. 2. The blades are made from D2 material with a hardness of 60 HRC, processed using wire cutting and heat treatment techniques, making them more suitable for crushing copper wire. 3. The blade shaft is made from 40Cr, forged and tempered, ensuring a long service life. 4. The system is connected to a dust removal system, effectively separating light materials such as mica, film, and fibers after crushing. This increases the purity of the plastic, and these materials can be sold separately, boosting revenue and reducing the frequency of screen replacements. 5. The granulator's main motor is equipped with real-time current monitoring, intelligently controlling the startup and shutdown of the conveyor belt to prevent material blocking and overloading of the granulator. 6. The blade shaft is welded and processed using a gantry milling machine to ensure the blade mounting surface is flat. Both the moving and fixed blades are equipped with locking screws, effectively controlling the blade gap. 7. The granulator is equipped with a chiller to reduce the temperature of the housing. |
Single-shaft shredder 1. The single-shaft shredder adopts a hydraulic propulsion system→prevent clogging and improve work efficiency. 2. The single shaft uses square-shaped blades, with all four corners being usable. The blades are made of DC53 material, ensuring a long service life. 3. The single-shaft shredder can be equipped with a screen to control the length of the shredded material. After filtering through the screen, the efficiency of magnetic separation to remove metal is significantly improved. 4. Blade replacement is simple and quick, improving work efficiency. To replace the blades, simply rotate the blade shaft and remove the screws. 5. Blade maintenance costs are low. |
Feeding blower
1. The feeding blower transports the crushed copper and plastic through pipes to the vibrating separator, isolating dust from the air, protecting the vibrating screen, and effectively preventing material leakage. 2. Connected to the dust removal system, the blower further separates light materials during the transportation process. |
