Production Description

Tyre recycling plant includes shredder, disc classifier, rasper, magnet, granulator, fiber removal system and miller.  After crushed the tyre can be made to TDF, rubber mulch, rubber crumb or rubber podwer according to your requirements.  During the process, the dust are collected by dust remove system to keep good surrounds and the tempreture is controlled at a lower degree to get higher performance of the rubber powder.

1. Tire shredder

2. Rasper:
A tire rasper is used in the tire recycling industry that specifically focuses on processing shredded tires into smaller, more refined materials. After tires are initially shredded into larger pieces by a tire shredder, and separate the steel wires from rubber. A tire rasper is used to further reduce these pieces into smaller, more uniform rubber granules, typically around 15 to 35 mm in size.
3. Tire granulator
A tire granulator is used in the tire recycling process to further reduce rasped tire material into finer particles, typically producing rubber granules in a range of sizes, from 1 mm to 10 mm.
