Product Description

Tyre recycling plant includes tyre shredder, rasper and granulator mainly.  After crushed the tyre can be made to TDF, rubber mulch, rubber crumb or rubber podwer according to your requirements.  During the process, the dust are collected by dust remove system to keep good surrounds and the tempreture is controlled at a lower degree to get higher performance of the rubber powder.

1. Tire shredder: shred the whole tires to 50*50cm/ 60*60cm/ 70*70cm tyre chips. These tyre chips are widely used as derived fuel in cement plant, power plant, paper mill or as shock absorbing material in train truck.   
 

2.  Disc Classifier: To separate the bigger size tyre chips and convey back to shredder


3. Rasper:  To cut the rubber chips to smaller (15-30mm) and separate steel wires from rubber mulch.
4. Rubber Granulator: To cut the mulch to rubber crumb (1-7mm).
