Product Overview
This fully automatic ACSR recycling production line is specially designed by our company for crushing and separating aluminum and steel from Aluminum Conductor Steel Reinforced (ACSR) cables.
The system adopts PLC intelligent control, ensuring stable operation, high reliability, and complete processing flow. It integrates crushing, separation, and recirculation into one efficient and continuous recycling solution.
The entire production line mainly consists of:
1. Feeding conveyor system
2. Heavy-duty shredder
3. Large vibration separation screen
4. Magnetic separator
5. Conveying & material recirculation system
6. Electrical control cabinet
The production line is equipped with a complete conveying and material recirculation system, ensuring continuous operation, stable feeding, and maximum separation efficiency.
Waste ACSR conductors are fed into the system via a conveyor and processed as follows:
1. Shredding Stage
The heavy-duty shredder breaks the ACSR cables into steel wires and aluminum wires.
2. Vibration Separation Stage
The shredded material is conveyed to a large vibration separation screen. Under vibration, aluminum and steel are effectively separated based on physical characteristics.
3. Magnetic Separation
A high-efficiency magnetic separator ensures complete separation of steel wires from aluminum.
4. Automatic Recirculation
Any incompletely separated material is automatically returned to the shredder via a conveyor for further processing, ensuring maximum separation efficiency.

1. Anti-Aluminum Adhesion Blade Design
The shredder blades are made from special alloy material, effectively preventing aluminum adhesion.
Aluminum has a low melting point, and during repeated shredding, heat can cause aluminum to stick to ordinary blades, making cleaning difficult and reducing efficiency. Our blade material significantly reduces aluminum sticking, ensuring continuous operation and higher productivity.
2. Multi-Claw Blade Structure for Optimal Liberation
The shredder adopts a multi-claw blade design, which:
Crushes ACSR cables into optimal particle sizes
Ensures complete liberation of steel cores and aluminum wires
Creates ideal conditions for downstream vibration separation
This design greatly improves the final separation rate.
3. Large Vibration Separation Screen
The oversized vibration separation screen features a unique structural design, allowing:
Thorough separation of aluminum and steel
Effective screening of partially separated aluminum materials
Stable, continuous, and efficient separation performance
4. Advanced Magnetic Separation System
The system is equipped with magnetic separation units for efficient steel recovery.
A dual-drum magnetic separator design significantly improves the separation efficiency between aluminum and steel.
A magnetic separator is installed at the end of the conveying system to further separate steel wires from aluminum materials.
With the coordinated operation of multiple magnetic separators, the final steel purity is greatly enhanced, meeting high-quality recycling requirements.
